Directo Extension Raffle

Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer The raffle is organized by Directo Tech, Inc. ("Organizer").

2. Prize The winner will receive a $500 USD Gift Card, redeemable at any Four Seasons Hotel (subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer).

3. Eligibility

• The raffle is open to individuals over 18 years of age who successfully invite friends to install the Directo Extension using a unique referral link provided in the Directo Extension.
• Each confirmed install through the special link counts as one entry into the raffle.
• There is a limit of 15 entries per person.
• The referral must still have the extension installed at the time of the draw 
• The participants and subsequent winner needs  to have proof of  legal residency in one of the following countries: Spain, France, Italy, United States, or Portugal.

4. Entry Period The raffle begins on September 2nd, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on September 30th, 2024.

5. How to Enter

• Participants must invite friends to install the Directo Extension using the unique referral link provided by Directo.
• Each confirmed installation through the referral link will count as one raffle entry, with a maximum of 15 entries per person. 

6. Drawing and Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries in the database on October 1st, 2024.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of registration.
• The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, a new winner will be selected at random.

7. Prize Conditions

• The $500 USD Gift Card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, Four Seasons Hotels.

8. General Conditions

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who attempts to interfere with the raffle process.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, including, but not limited to, computer malfunctions, internet difficulties, or any other errors that may interfere with participation or prize claims.

9. Privacy

• By participating in this raffle, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the raffle and notifying the winner.
• The Organizer will not share participants' personal information with third parties without consent, except as necessary for the administration of the raffle or as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for any damages, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the raffle or the acceptance and use of the prize.

11. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  Delaware, United States.
