1. Organizer The raffle is organized by Directo Tech, Inc. ("Organizer").

2. Prize The winner will receive a $500 USD Gift Card, redeemable at any Marriott, NH or Four Seasons Hotel (subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer).

3. Eligibility

• 18 years old and a legal resident of one of the countries eligible for this promotion.
• Install the Directo extension in your browser and complete the entry form with your name and email address.
• Minimum Participants: The promotion requires a minimum of 100 participants. If this number is not reached, the promotion will be canceled, and participants will be notified.
• Territory: This promotion is valid exclusively for residents of Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, the United States, Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia.

4. Entry Period The raffle begins on November 6th, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on November 30th, 2024.

5. How to Enter

• For New Users: Download and install the Directo extension in your web browser.
  Once installed, use the Directo extension on a compatible travel website. After using it for the first time, you’ll see a popup to fill out an entry form with your name, email address, and country to enter the raffle.
• For Existing Users: Current Directo users will receive a popup prompt to enter the raffle while using the extension on compatible travel websites. The popup will direct you to a form to fill out your name, email address, and country.
• Alternative Entry Method: Users wishing to participate without installing the extension can send an email to yourfriends@getdirecto.com with "Raffle November" to request their inclusion in the raffle.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries in the database on the first week of December 2024.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of registration.
• The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, a new winner will be selected at random.

7. Prize Conditions

• The $500 USD Gift Card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, Four Seasons Hotels, Marriott or NH.

8. General Conditions

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who attempts to interfere with the raffle process.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, including, but not limited to, computer malfunctions, internet difficulties, or any other errors that may interfere with participation or prize claims.

9. Privacy

• By participating in this raffle, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the raffle and notifying the winner.
• The personal data provided (name and email) will only be used for the purposes of this promotion, in compliance with personal data protection laws applicable in each country.
• By participating, users consent to the processing of their data as described in Directo’s Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for any damages, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the raffle or the acceptance and use of the prize.

11. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  Delaware, United States.
