It may be surprising, but it ranks number one: 46 five-star hotels under €100 in a single month. Dubai has such a large supply of high-end accommodation that, outside peak season, prices can fall to levels that would be unthinkable in Europe. If you’ve always thought of it as expensive, this may be your moment.

A note on the current situation: many of these unusually low prices reflect a specific moment in time. Geopolitical tensions in the region linked to the conflict between Israel and Iran have slowed international tourism in recent months, and five-star hotels in Dubai have responded with discounts of 20% to 40% — and in some cases even larger discounts for residents — to fill rooms.
